The right environment changes everything.
Most training camps follow the same script. A busy facility running at full capacity, contested time slots, logistics that somehow become the coach's problem. You arrive with a plan. You leave managing chaos.
That's not what we built here.
Why Solana Mountain Hub exists
Clubs at every level — amateur, youth, academy — deserve a place where the work actually comes first. Where the coaching staff isn't burning energy on things that have nothing to do with football. Where players sleep properly, eat properly, train in real conditions, and go home having done something that matters.
That doesn't require luxury. It requires organisation, intention and the right setting.
Solana Mountain Hub was built on a single conviction: a well-designed environment is not a bonus. It's a prerequisite.

La Cerdanya. Not a coincidence.
Bellver de Cerdanya sits at 1,000 metres on an open plateau in the Pyrenees. Mountain air, clean light, a river running alongside the site, peaks on every horizon.
None of that is decoration.
At this altitude, sessions are physiologically more demanding at the same output. Cooler temperatures through spring and summer mean longer, higher-quality training windows. And the break from routine — real, physical, geographic — creates a mental reset that no city facility can replicate.
Players focus faster. Groups bond faster. Coaching staff recover clarity.
90 minutes from Barcelona. Easy reach of Toulouse, Perpignan, Girona, Andorra.
who runs solana mountain hub.
My name is Aleix Cirera.
I grew up in football in this region — trained at the Font-Romeu sports lycée, played seven seasons at regional level, then spent four years coaching U16s in the Paris area. For over a decade I've been involved in organising the Pyrénées Cup, one of the benchmark international tournaments in Cerdanya. Professionally, I've worked in sport business at Nielsen Sports and in product and content management.
What that combination taught me: the details of organisation are the difference between a camp your players forget and one that defines a season. Sometimes a career.
I manage every stay personally — from the first conversation to the last day on site. One contact, one level of standards, no intermediary.
What we handle.
Accommodation, meals, pitch coordination, local logistics, planning, transfers, team activities.
Everything that isn't football — but which, when it goes wrong, derails an entire trip. That's our job, not yours.
You arrive with your sporting objectives. We take care of the rest.
You coach. We run everything else.
What we'll never be.
A factory operation with no room to breathe.
A hotel that tolerates football boots.
A holiday camp with a ball kicked in for decoration.
A travel agency that happens to book pitches.
Solana Mountain Hub provides a working environment, designed for football, run by people who understand it.
Who we're built for.
U12 through to senior amateur. Academies and regional selections. Foreign clubs looking for a serious mountain camp within reach of Barcelona. Any group that wants to train properly, build something real between players and staff, and come back with more than a suntan.
What every club that comes here has in common: they're not looking for volume. They're looking for quality.
The right question to ask.
Not: does it look good in photos?
But: will this actually give my team the conditions to do the work properly?
If that's what you're asking — we're probably the right fit.
